Roalex Construction and Plant Hire is a construction company formed 2014. The company has successfully operated in the Limpopo area for the past three years working on both small and large scale construction, repair, and plant hire projects. With the business boom that is occurring in our local area and the desire to improve overall profit margins, the company shifted its target market from residential clients to the larger commercial customers, logistic and mining industry.
The provision of road transport and logistics solutions between South Africa and neighboring Southern African countries such as Zimbabwe, Namibia and Botswana is greatly facilitated by services provided by the private sector. This is especially the case with specialized transport associated with mining operations in many of these countries. The success of large national and multinational mining companies in South Africa is heavily dependent on transport and logistics solutions for the provision of the consumables that keep the relevant mines running.
As part of its growth and altered focus, RCPH is planning on adding/venturing into other business opportunities including mining and logistics, as well as increase its plantation to be able to lease for plants to its customers.
The company has headquarters and depots in Limpopo, Gauteng and Mpumalanga, with Limpopo begin its biggest. Almost 50 staff are employed, with 15 full-time employees based in Limpopo and Gauteng.
